ANNEXURE A — IELTS One-on-One & Group Coaching Policy

(This Annexure forms a legally binding part of the WordCraft Academy Terms & Conditions. By enrolling in any coaching program, you agree to these specific operational rules.)

A1. Enrollment & Academic Suitability
·Proficiency Requirement: IELTS training is designed for students with at least intermediate-level English proficiency.
·Foundational Redirect: If a Trainer determines that a student lacks the necessary English basics to benefit from IELTS coaching, WordCraft Academy reserves the right to redirect the student to a foundational English course. (Any difference in fees may apply).
·Exclusivity: One-on-one sessions are strictly for the enrolled student only. Parents, friends, or substitutes are not permitted to attend or observe sessions.

A2. Payments, Refunds & Transfers
·Non-Refundable: As per the main Terms, all coaching fees are 100% non-refundable once the program has commenced or materials have been accessed.
·Non-Transferable: Services cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for a different course without prior written approval from WordCraft Academy.
·Disputes: Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without valid cause will result in immediate suspension of services and potential legal recovery action.

A3. Scheduling, Attendance & Session Rules
·Punctuality: Students must join the video link on time. If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the session.
·Three-Strike Rule: Repeated lateness (more than 15 minutes) or unexcused absences for three (3) consecutive sessions may result in the termination of the course without refund.
·Rescheduling Protocol: You must provide at least 12 hours' notice to both the Trainer and the Coordinator to reschedule a session.
·Emergencies: Emergency cancellations (less than 12 hours) will be counted as "Completed" unless supported by valid evidence (e.g., medical certificate), subject to WordCraft’s discretion.
·Exam Pressure: Requests for "emergency extra sessions" (e.g., within 24 hours of an exam) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

A4. Technical Requirements
·Student-Side Issues: Sessions disrupted due to the student’s internet failure, power cuts, or device malfunction are counted as completed. No compensatory time is provided.
·Trainer-Side Issues: If a session is disrupted due to WordCraft’s technical failure, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.
·Persistent Issues: If a student’s technical setup repeatedly prevents effective learning, WordCraft reserves the right to pause scheduling until the issue is resolved.
·Student must maintain reliable internet and a working device before booking sessions.

A5. Trainer Allocation & Change Requests
·Allocation: Trainers are assigned based on availability and time zone compatibility.
·Change Policy: You may request a change of trainer only once and only within the first 3 days of the course start date.
·Availability: Trainer changes are subject to availability. If a preferred trainer is not available, you may be placed on a waitlist. This does not entitle you to a refund.

A6. Homework & Academic Integrity
·Homework is Mandatory: Progress depends on practice. Repeated failure to submit homework may result in the suspension of future sessions until tasks are completed.
·Zero Tolerance for cheating: Trainers will not write essays for you, create fake assignments, or participate in any form of exam fraud. Any request for unethical assistance will result in immediate termination without refund.

A7. Code of Conduct
·Professionalism: Students must maintain respectful behavior. Harassment, abusive language, flirtatious behavior, or threats toward Trainers or Staff will result in immediate termination without refund.
·Environment: Students must attend sessions from a quiet, safe environment suitable for learning.

A8. Boundaries
·Professional Relationship: Trainers are educators, not therapists or personal counselors.

·Student Restriction: Students are strictly prohibited from screen-recording, capturing, or publishing any part of the sessions.

A11. Disclaimer of Results
