WORDCRAFT ACADEMY - Refund & Cancellation Policy


Effective Date: 04-12-2025

1. General Refund Policy
All purchases made for WordCraft Academy’s digital educational products and services are final and non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for:
·One-on-one coaching sessions
·Group classes and live programs
·Subscription and membership renewals
·Digital books and learning tools
·Evaluations, reviews, and feedback
·Booking errors by the user
·Non-usage of services purchased
·Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., “changed my mind”)
·Scheduling conflicts or time zone problems
·Personal medical or travel issues

2. EU/UK Cooling-Off Waiver
EU/UK laws grant a 14-day cancellation right for digital goods.
By purchasing our digital content and requesting immediate access, you:
·Expressly agree that service begins right away
·Acknowledge that the withdrawal/cancellation right is lost once access starts
Therefore, no refunds will be issued once digital access is granted.

3. Trainer Change Policy (One-on-One Coaching)
You may request a trainer change within:
·3 days of beginning your one-on-one program
·One-time request only
·Subject to trainer availability
This does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Rescheduling Rules & No-Shows
Applicable to 1:1 coaching:
·Minimum 12-hour notice required for session rescheduling
·No-shows are counted as completed sessions
·Late arrival does not extend class duration
When rules are violated, sessions are automatically marked as completed with no credit return.

5. Technical Issues
·Student-side issues (internet failure, device malfunction, power cuts)
▶ Counted as completed, no rescheduling, no refund
·Trainer-side or platform-side issues
▶ Affected class will be rescheduled

6. Instructor / Operational Changes
We reserve the right to:
·Replace trainers
·Modify schedules
·Alter service delivery to ensure business continuity
This does not create refund eligibility.

7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Because payments are fully processed through TagMango and payment gateways:
·WordCraft Academy cannot alter, reverse, or manage mandates
·Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account suspension and legal recovery actions
Users must contact TagMango/payment provider for billing disputes.

8. Account Termination for Misconduct
If your account is suspended or terminated due to:
·Harassment or inappropriate behavior
·Copyright/IP violations
·Fraud or illegal activity
·Platform abuse or policy breach
➡ No refund will be provided.

9. Expiry of Services
If session validity expires due to non-utilization:
·Remaining sessions are forfeited
·No refunds or extensions are provided
We send reasonable reminders, but responsibility lies with the user.
